How will I get my photos back?
I can deliver photos in a variety of ways. From google drive, google photos, online galleries (pixieset, shootproof, lightfolio, picdrop etc) or a physical hard drive (physical hard drive will be added to the cost unless provided by the client as well as delivery fee if applicable). You are NOT allowed to screenshot images to save them to ensure the quality of photos are kept. RAW photos are not included in delivery.
How long will it take to get my photos back?
I can typically get photos back within 1-2 weeks depending on the session type, amount of photos, and editing package chosen. For larger sessions such as large groups, large families, or large events, it takes longer (probably 2-4 weeks). I will try to get the photos back as quickly as I can while maintaining the quality and I will be sure to communicate if the anticipated timeline changes.
What is the travel fee?
I am located in Northern Utah, the Brigham City area. If the location is more than an hour commute, I will charge $0.70 per mile. Feel free to reach out, I'm flexible. I frequently travel to Southern Idaho (Idaho Falls - Rexburg) to visit family and friends. If I am in the area already or have more than one session in the area I will waive the travel fee. If you are located in Louisiana, Maine, Ohio, or Oregon, photos are free if you cover travel cost.
